About European Health Connection
Since 1991, Conny Udri has pursued a holistic path to natural healing for herself and her family. As a Certified Reflexologist and a Reiki Master, she founded European Health Connection to offer a natural way to relax and relieve stress; and a powerful approach to promote good health and well-being. Conny has additional training in homeopathy, herbal remedies, and natural supplements.
Each treatment is unique and geared towards the needs of each client. Each type of treatment promotes deep relaxation, stress and pain relief, detoxification, energy revitalization and body balance. The overall goal is to enhance the body’s ability to heal. Whether you are looking for pure relaxation or suffer from a condition such as edema, gout, hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders, insomnia, or plantar fasciitis to mention a few, you are sure to benefit at the hands of Conny Udri.
Conny is a Naturotherapist and has been a member of the A.N.N. since 1999 (Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists of Canada) and a registered reflexologist in Ontario with the RRCO since 1999
(Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario).

While clothed, Reiki is a holistic, energy-based light touch healing therapy. Reiki
is a natural and safe method of enhancing the body's healing capabilities, is energy balancing and pain relieving.
